Equipment

  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Pellet Smoker Any smoker, grill would work.
  • 1 Sharp Filet Knife

Materials

  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 1 pound Sausage
  • 12 Jalapenos
  • 16 ounce Cream Cheese

Instructions

  • Cut jalapenos into 1/2 inch round pieces and fill with cream cheese
  • Form sausage patties that are the width of each jalapeno shell.
  • Wrap pig shot in bacon.
  • Smoke in your Traeger at 275 Degrees until they cooked to a safe temperature and to the crispiness you enjoy.
